Next....

After seeing the workers make the Mozzarella, Ginny, Laurie and I stopped at at the Cafe and got the
excellent Cappuccino Freddo (cold cappuccino)....like dessert....

We then went to our classes.  I had 4 classes today with Michael.  The last class I had was a small group of girls.  I met them the other day, so today they had a lot of questions for me.  I took the postcards of Washington, DC and pictures of my family, Pippi, and NYC to show them.

Here is a picture of the part of the class that I talked to:

Also something I became very fond of are these little bread/biscuit things called taralli or tarallini.  They served them on the Alitalia flight and everywhere here....it is special to the Puglia region.   They are made with farina, olive oil, white wine and salt.  I asked the class to tell me how to make them and to bring me a recipe so I could try it back at home....they ran out to the hall where there is a vendor for the students during their break who sells taralli and foccachia.  They gave me a little bag...yum.  Here is a picture:
