More Nice People Stories......

So, after spending about 1 1/2 hours at the Help Desk trying to get on the next flight to Italy, which they got me on the Alitalia flight that evening.....but wait......no, as they were sitting on hold for the airline to confirm my seat.....poof.....all the seats were gone  :(

So, she booked me the next day to Boston and then Rome and then Brindisi.....a whole new day of  travel...

So, she sends me down to get my checked bag and---yep, you guessed it -- they can't give it to me because it's been check through to Brindisi already for the next day...  oh, well,  I didn't really need those toiletries and toothbrush and things....
