Did not go to school today.  I have had a little bit of a sore throat the last couple of days, and I woke up this morning with no voice  :(   So I went to the farmacia again and got something for my throat.  I think when I went to the farmicia before they gave me cough syrup  - I don't have a cough too much, more sore throat.

I did walk over to the school and talked to the teacher that I have been with,  Hopefully, I will be a lot better by Monday.  Two of the three school are closed on Monday because of their election for Mayor in the town.  The Classico school is open, though, and the students are upset because all their friends at the other schools are off.  So, the teachers that we have been working with decided to let a couple of classes of kids take us around the town of Monopoli  and be our "tour guides" for the day.

We are planning on taking the train to Ostuni tomorrow and meeting our taxi driver there to take us around town and also to a couple of close-by smaller towns.  Sunday we thought of taking the train to Lecce, but hopefully things will be open.   They are really serious about closing businesses at noon/1:00 and not opening back up until 4:30/5:00/6:00.  Also, Sunday the buses don't run and nobody really works anywhere.
So, I'm sure I will a lot of nice pictures from these places in the next couple of days!
